Crystal Cathedral, Garden Grove, California view map

The 236 foot tall Prayer Spire (or bell tower) was added in 1990. Aside from the small chapel at its base, this extravagant edifice serves no practical purposes.
This photo was taken on the day before Schuller's last day at the Crystal Cathedral.
