The Church of Santa Maria presso San Satiro was designed by Giovanni Antonio Amadeo and built from 1472 to 1482.
Our local tour guide told us there is a surprise inside this little church. It took us a while to realize the painted perspective. That optical illusion of depth was created by Donato Bramante.
