Getty Center

The J. Paul Getty Museum is Los Angeles' preeminent art museum. Although the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) has a larger collection, Getty’s huge $5B endowment will propel it to the forefront.
It was designed by architect Richard Meier. As part of the Getty Center, it is located on a hill top overlooking West LA.

Very nice gallery. I think the Getty is fascinating architecture. One second you look at a marble building of grand scale, and the next second you see some interesting detail. I love how in so many places one piece of the building provides a clever visual frame for another part.
