Mountain Wildflowers

We were expecting to see the resident Black Bear but the only
wildlife we encountered were the dreaded mosquito, black fly
and Deer fly.

Hope you had lots of mosquito repellant as this looks as if you will need it. The background aided by the mist adds just the right flavour to complete this wonderful composition.

Heard this morning in the news, that fireworkers are fighting wildfires in B.C, but I can't remember it anymore where it is. Hope you are not affected by them. Nature is too beautiful here to be burnt down, even though I'm sure it will recover very, very fast.

LoL, had to laugh about your comment. You were probably fighting the mosquitos while taking your shot up here. It looks so lovely, the view over the mountain down towards the valley. That is such a stunning spot, Peter, with that many colorful flowers covering the meadows. It might be here in switzerland. I wasn't aware, that B.C has such High Mountains which one can hike up with such breathtaking views. You certainly had a great break up here. Excellent Peter
