The white 'window' on the secondaries and the heavily streaked chest are things to look for in this young Imperial Eagle. It was a life bird for me.

Could I've seen this over Kata Beach, Phuket (160328)? White/light-greyish areas on wings (under) and probably on body too. Rather large. Wings bit slim, made me think of Kestrel.... 2 of them, circling around for a while then slowly moving up hill.
