Phuttomonton Park in Thonburi (near Bangkok) is a huge park with lots of trees and grasslands. Once in awhile something different shows up such as with this lone bird. Normally I see them in very dry areas of the western parts of Petburi province. They are crepuscular. I couldn't find it from the car so decided to walk the grasslands. The bird flushed, flew off and landed on a lawn. Got my blind out and worked my way closer to it.
