I was backpacking in the Doi Inthanon region some years ago and whilst negotiating a particularly dense bit of rain forest one of these little beauties flew into my face. Quite a surprise i can tell you. It stunned itself falling on the floor beside me. I picked it up, held it in my hand and after a few minutes it regained it's senses and flew to a shrub only a few feet away. I remained still as i could, It stayed a short while eyeing me up, then flitted away into the forest. Magic moment. :)
