National Day of Action Against Cluster Bombs and Landmines - March 1, 2007.
Members of prominent civil society groups including Mines Action Canada, Human Rights Watch and Handicap International gathered on Parliament Hill in Ottawa to press for a moratorium on cluster munitions. The rally took place on the 8th anniversary of the entry into force of the Mine Ban Treaty.
