Colette just bought the new Canon Ixus 970 IS in addition to her old Canon 750 (Powershot small cameras). These are superb machines, quite as good as my Nikon series. She also practices the Nikon D200 with success. The recent shots show our new garden resident, a rare and shy red squirrel, peonies and our ophrys, preserved, wild orchards in our bottom fruit tree garden in Haute Provence. Now Colette has added the Canon G10, wonderful machine.
