The only day we went to Fiesta this year was the opening Saturday mass ascension. My sister and brother-in-law were visiting for M's BD, so it was a treat to go with them. Got up at 3:30AM! It was a bit overcast, but warmer than usual and not windy. They ended up cancelling the balloons for several glows and ascensions this year because of the weather.

Special note is the picture of Wings of Wind balloon that tragically crashed and burned a week after this photo, killing one pilot and injurying another.
