New Species of Indigo Bunting?

My Father-in-Law noticed a blue coloured bird that was spending the afternoon in our yard. He was, however, unable to get a good look at it but noted the general size as it flew by. I thought, great! an Indigo Bunting must be in the area. Later on, that blue coloured bird zipped by and perched in one of the Sumac trees. I grabbed my camera in anticipaton of capturing an Indigo Bunting on a low perch but quickly smiled as the blue coloured bird revealed itself as a Budgie! Since then I have been trying to feed it as I fear its days might be numbered outside...

Maybe it will start a breeding population. Neat find and determination to see what's out there.
