My friend's dog Busy became very ill and had to be put to sleep Christmas Day. She was 15 years old. She was my "loaner pooch" many times and we had a ball as she loved to go for walks, she loved to carry huge sticks and she was the best swimmer ever. She was so special to so many of us ... many tears were shed but it is time to celebrate such a loving dog.
