After an 18 month hiatus from surf photography, decided to go to my favorite seawall and pick it up again. Forecast was for 7.5 ft southwest swells with crosswinds out of the south. I expected a large crowd but was disappointed when there were only about 7 people surfing, 3 at Bowls, 2 down past 5 Rocks, and 2 at Cali's, one being the "Lone American Surfer". Seems that the American was the only one catching any of the head+ waves, everyone else seemed to be content just bobbing around like apples in a tub, occassionally catching a wave now and then. Most of the shots are sequential shots to keep things interesting. Sorry for the repetition but there was no one else out there.
