Paul, The 300D is a fantastic camera and you are correct, the 300D does produce just as good an image. However, in photoshop, it shows size as 17x11 and the 20D is showing 48x32, I don't understand how it can be so much bigger but it does allow a lot more cropping, it seems.

The 20d is a joy to use, much more fun than the 300d, but the 300d will make just as good a picture with the same lens, allthough the 300d(atleast mine) tends to underexpose the same shot compared to the 20d, not necessarily a bad thing and can be compensated for. I also believe the 20d has more dynamic range. could you reply to this so i know you can see it, thanks.

Very nice 20D shots, but the ones you took with your 300D appear to be just as sharp. Do you like your 20D better than your old faithful 300D?

HiPaul, I have, at present, a Canon D60 and have been contemplating upgrading to the 20D. Has Canon improved their low focus problems. Your images are very sharp and I like your choice of subjects...GLOphotography

All these so far are taken with the canon 100mm macro lens.

Sharp as a razor! I plan upgrading to a 20D and I want the same results you are getting so I must ask what lens are you using?
