Trans Lunar Coast
This image was shot by Eugene Cernan, Harrison Schmitt or Ronald Evans (which specific astronaut has never been verified), not long after launch on the last manned mission to the moon. It came to be called "The Blue Marble" and it is remarkable in that it shows an entire hemisphere of the earth with no partial eclipse. (Photo courtesy of NASA)
