Dave, Greg Pavelka from the USACE sent along the banded bird information and pic. This bird was banded as a chick in 2007 on the Gavins Point stretch of the Missouri River, between Yankton and Vermillion, SD. Glad to see that it weathered the storm alright. Thanks so much for the sighting and the great pic.
