2006.04.30 Hokkaido

For the first week of May we went to Hokkaido. We specifically wanted to see minor volacanic activity, cranes in the wetlands, and the cherry blossoms which were due in the south of Hokkaido that week.
We managed 2 out of 3, which I guess is a passing grade!
Thanks to Fong Auntie and Ayun Uncle who looked after us so well for the first few days.
