Favorite poppy shots!

I love the different variations of Poppies that you can grow.....Each year i try to grow different varieties and in this gallery you will see what i have grown so far.....So easy to grow...just throw the seeds around the garden and after about ten days the seeds sprout and after they have flowered are the lovely seedheads...as a bonus most varieties seed themselves and with cross pollination(courtesy of the bees) the following year you get some quite unique ones....

The cameras i used were a Canon powershot A300....

I can't believe myself, I haven't commented on this gallery yet, since Poppy's are my favorite flowers since I was a little girl, like the variety of Poppy's and all the different colors, textures of these Poppy's....
