Kingston, Ontario, Canada, a UNESCO World Heritage Destination view map

This house is memorable for a couple of reasons. One it is purported to be the oldest house in Kingston. Underneath the siding part of the house is a log cabin dragged across the ice from Wolfe Island by a United Empire Loyalist as early as 1804, certainly no later than 1808. At some point an addition was added and the whole building clapboard sided. And two, a friend of mine lives here. "nuff said...

Spacious accommodations big enough for a large family. Would love to have an office there for all my junk. Nice angle and lovely light. V

I too would like to have seen it in its natural state. What does the inside look like? Great photo. Love the windows
