We're #1, 1 Place D'Armes that is, Frontenac Village, where a unit is presently being offer for rent at $1985.00 per month. Frontenac Village is located across Ontario Street from the current Fort Frontenac, now the Canadian Land Force Command and Staff College. And it is also across Place D'Armes from the replica wall of the original Fort Frontenac. It will all become clear when you click on the view map button. But do not look for a Square, or Place, for Place D'Armes is a street, and the front entrance to 1 Place D'Armes is actually on King St, making the delivery of pizzas or the arrival of cabs tenuous events. These are two quaint Kingston customs.
White Oak, and Sprucewood Crescents are both dead end Courts. Calderwood Dr. is a Crescent, neither Carrie or Glencoe Crescents end up on their starting streets. It would seem that pleasant sounds trumped navigation aids. The front door to 314 Wellington St. was around the corner on Bay St. Sanity prevailed and this condo's occupants now live at 2 Bay. Don't get me wrong I love this place.

I too got confused in reading it. Now isn't there an Ontario St. in Toronto? I think there's also an Ontario St. in Hamilton! What's a pizza delivery man to do?

Great photo. Love the clouds and all the contrast.
