Would have been yesterday's challenge offering, had I figured out how. The Lapeer City Hall/County Building was built in 1849. Until a few years ago, it was badly in need of repair. We passed through the downtown section of Lapeer in Spring and were pleased to see that restoration efforts were under way. The building is much improved and is the proud backdrop to Saturday morning"s Farmer's Market.
