Greetings viewers,

I was crouched down shooting a butterfly when this tiny Chickadee came in close to scrutinize the intruder in his world. Lucky for me I was loaded for a close up shot!

I simply lifted the lense very slowly and GOT HIM! Lucky for me his emotional state kept him in place for a precious few more seconds.

Lucky for me the light was strong but soft and I had a high SS already set. I was using the 70-200 with extension tubes and this combination normally requires a tripod.
