This collage features images from the Louisiana SPCA's annual
event called "Dog Day Afternoon". It was held last sunday.

The fine folks at the SPCA put this event together despite
the continuing crisis in New Orleans. It was a burden but it was
worth it.

Social events like this will be the fuel necessary to
bring this city back. It is all about the will of the people to
not just survive but recapture the spirit of our fine culture.
