A change of taste. While in Santiago de Compostela, we had the urge to have a meat meal rather than seafood. So, with the advice of an employee at the Hostal Alfonso, we found La Parilla Argentina, on C/Rosalía Castro. We selcted la parillada completa para dos, and were generally very satisfied. There were tasty ribs, zesty chorizos, chewy but tasty entrecote steaks, and something that we suspect were grilled kidneys.
All accompanied by vino tinto, pan, agua mineral and chimichurri salsa. Oh yes; patatas fritas tambíen.
We ended the meal with cafes solos and chupitos de anís.
