My name is Joe Cascio and I am a photographer in Buffalo, NY. Here are some images of the Buffalo, NY area before, during and following the "October Surprise" snow storm of 2006. I volunteer my time with a great and dedicated group of people in a group named Re-Tree WNY. Re-Tree is a non-profit org designed to help re-forest the Buffalo region. Many events have already taken place including the planting of close to 1,000 trees already this spring.
