Brindley's Boat: A Work In Progress

These are some quick snapshots of the Brindley's 80 foot boat... presently having its wood hull replaced. Lots of work done already... and lots to go.
I'll keep the original photos on the website for a while since they reveal more detail.

This walkway is about 8 feet up, making the top of the hull easily accessible.  (I'm standing at the prow, looking aft.)

Rub-rail... NO, not the one in yellow... the rub-rail is the black thing on the boat.

You can see the plastic sheeting and 2x4's making up the building.

There... now all is square and plumb around the pilot-house and rafters.  (I especially like the wire anchor to the beam.)
