For the compositional elements I would say that the rule of thirds is present, and patterns are also present. This photo has originality because the of place you are taking a photo of but this photo of a building has been done before. I really like the way the slow shutter speed was used to make this photo from boring to interesting. Because there are different color lights and nothing is really in focus really creates this image. If this photo did not have slow shutter speed this photo would have no creative background. I like the wires as well in the photo, that could be considered leading lines. If I could suggest anything to make this photo better I would say the same thing as the woman above (Libby) make sure there isn't something in the lens that blocks the subject, other than that good job. BTW DEC 14?????!??????!???!???!??!?!?!?! not good bro - Haley gf

The use of rule of thirds for the buildings is very nice because the buildings aren't entirely at the top of the screen, nor at the bottom. There aren't really any other compositional elements used. The lighting in the picture is unique because the light is the subject for the most part. Its semi-interesting because it is a very good picture, but it is very common for people to take pictures like that. I would suggest that next time, make sure theres nothing in front of the lens to block the subject.
