This guy was taken with two shots. The first shot caught him in the rear quarter as he was passing through a distant field. He went down but wasn't dead. He began to crawl away and I ran up as quickly as I safely could and put one through his brain pan to bring him all the way down. Not a good kill, but dinner nonetheless.
