Highlights in 2007:
Florida and Georgia (US): courtship of osprey (visarend) and canoe-trips in Okeefenookee
Negev (Isr) : migration with 50,000 honeybuzzards (wespendieven) on may 4
Papua New Guinea: Wonderfull display and courtship of Birds of Paradise and Bowerbirds
Kenia: a paradise for birds , also in semi-deserts (Lichtenstein Sandgrouse!!)
Falklands: highlight was the 5 days camping on Kidney Island , alone with 50,000 Shearwaters
Patagonia: camping in NP Los Glaciares around Cerro Fitzroy and Cerro Torre for sunset/rise
Antarctica (Weddell Sea): a colony of 4000 pairs of EMPERORPENGUINS on the sea ice !!
