Setting up challenge galleries

After you have logged on to the OTF Pbase site go to the Challenge gallery. At the top of the screen click on 'edit this gallery'.
Start Here		After you have logged on to the OTF Pbase site go to the Challenge gallery. At the top of the screen click on 'edit this gallery'.
You will create a total of 3 galleries. The Main gallery for this challenge. Within the Main gallery you will create the other 2 galleries. 1 - The Challenge, this is where the challenge images will be and it is a good idea to upload them as they come in rather than waiting. 2 - The Exhibition gallery, this is for exhibition images. Enter the Name for the Main gallery, it cannot have spaces in it, example would be like this Challeng_xx. Now click the 'New Gallery' button. This will create the gallery and take you to the main edit page of that gallery where you will upload a photo.
Creating the Galleries		You will create a total of 3 galleries.

The Main gallery for this challenge.

Within the Main gallery you will create the other 2 galleries.
1 - The Challenge, this is where the challenge images will be and it is a good idea to upload them as they come in rather than waiting.
2 - The Exhibition gallery, this is for exhibition images.

At the top of the gallery click on 'advanced'. On the advanced edit page UNCHECK the 'display camera and EXIF' information with photos. Then click on the 'Update Advanced Settings'. Now at the top click on 'full edit' to take you back to the main edit page.

Then click on the 'Update Advanced Settings'.

Now at the top click on 'full edit' to take you back to the main edit page.
You will now be back to the main edit page (full edit) You can enter a password so the gallery can not be seen by anyone until it is ready for voting. This is all you will need to do to this gallery at this time. Now we will go back to the main challenge gallery to add the next gallery. This is very easy to do, at the top of the page you will see 'Display this Gallery' to the left of it you will see your main gallery, just click on it and it will take you right to it.
The Password		You will now be back to the main edit page (full edit)

You can enter a password so the gallery can not be seen by anyone until it is ready for voting.

This is all you will need to do to this gallery at this time.

Now we will go back to the main challenge gallery to add the next gallery.

This is very easy to do, at the top of the page you will see 'Display this Gallery' to the left of it you will see your main gallery, just click on it and it will take you right to it.
