The Icelandic Coastline

Here is my view of the Icelandic Coastline. Its rugged, cold, colorful and everything in between.

Its cut by glaciers, smoothed by river deposits and beaten by pounding waves and gale force winds.

August 2008: I updated this gallery with my images of the Icelandic coast I have taken during the last year. Thanks for all the nice comments, I hope you like my new images as well.

This is an absolutely stunning gallery. As a lover of seascapes I must tell you that this is one of the best galleries I have seen here in pbase (of that genre). Your light management is great and so are your compositions. I love the space you show on your pictures and the way how you show emotion through light. My favorite ones are Guiding the Way, Sumer Sunset and Sun Voyager. But the gallery is overall very good. Congratulations
