Like the man was telling the story of this village as you could see in previous shot, he was pointing to this small Temple, being restored by the sponsoring of a very religious villager. The story:

Once a Sadhu, named Perumaal, was living here. He opposed vigorously against the non-vegetarian habits of the village and redrawned himself at the feet of Yanaimalai following a strict vegetarian diet.

Religious is still very vivant on the countryside but what I was thinking on the side was how dangerous work these men were doing, pulling granite stone blocks up, bare feet, no protection, sure the holy ground here was not the main reason.
