Although Ram Jhula is at a higher level then Haridwar, it was still a lot warmer here, eclaved by
mountains, sheltering it from a cold wind. The sun could hardly penentrate the mist but
lightened the place up in a different way. The bridge, build in 1929, was painted this year,
part of all the works here going on, enlarging the ghats.
