Hi This is used handhold, i do not use tripod anymore with the 400mm 5.6. I try to use at least 1/640s handheld. Best regards Omar

Wow, that's a picture of an owl. Did you use a tripod, as this lens is not image stabilized or can it be handhold easily ?
