Thanks for the comemnts on this one. I think the in-out focus effect was due to IS doing is best to correct my motion and the motion of the escalator, I'm afraid I gave it a bit of a hard time :-)

Love the sense of movement! This is a great composition with an aura of intrigue. Who is he, and where's he going? The B&W augments this bit of mystery.

Strange playing of in-out of focus (or blur-sharpen), I like also the composition and the B&W conversion, that reinforces the main elements in the image (the man in black and the stair). endika

I like how the B&W treatment give this scene it mood of intrigue. Trailing an unsuspecting villain or spy. Don't get too close or he may notice you. Well composed.

That's just fantastic, Colin. Another winning one, the composition is spot on !

Interesting effect you have here (like it), like you zoomed slightly. I know this is motion blur, but looks like zoom.

Great idea to shoot this while riding. It gives that nice dashboard (of the car) look. I love that you didn't straighten it either. I always am straightening my shots and always loving the shots that other leave crooked and it works so well!

I was wondering around the terminal (seeing what I could find wide and looking up) and took this one waist level while rising the escalator, so I guess I was lurking but not in one spot :-)

Was this spontaneous or did you lurk near by just waiting for a victim. I like the feeling of motion you created with the slow shutter speed.
