Great shot and bang on theme.
I wonder if it would have been even better if you have moved half a yard to your right so the cooling tower wasn't touched by the umbrella. But maybe not.

Thanks all for your comments ! It is actually a nuke one. On some very wind-less days, the steam can be seen forming a little cloud on the top, staying there as long as there's no wind. I could manage to capture it that day though.
By the way, from now on : wide lenses or short primes with the e500, the longer lenses with the e510.

Not much that words can do for this stuff. Is it a nuke or coal? Great concept and very well done!

nice vivid colors and separation of elements - even though separated by a mote (moat?) of water - the nuclear threat still is there. I suppose being a child of the 60's I still see nuclear power as one of the evils, with the inability to safely dispose of waste and the threat of a Chernoble. - brent

Great image, Marc, as usual!

This is a fabulous shot! Even before I read your line under the title, just from seeing the unmbrella, I thought Anne-Sophie was ready for some acid rain that I hope never comes. Great shot Marc, hope you're already thinking about next theme LOL This will be a hard one to top but, this just raises the bar, I better get busy!
