Hi, guys!

I absolutely love your photos. I am originally from Croatia, so your beautiful photos of my country bring back nice memories. You have a great eye for taking pictures. Sunny is very cute too.

Lots of luck to you in the future,
Iva from Missouri, USA.

Hello,

Your crossview photos (especially the one of your beautiful lady, Lany) are outstanding. If you don't mind sharing a secret, how did you manage to create these wonderful pictures?

Cheers,

Steve Dittrich

Hi Austrian friends,

This is in reply to your new message which I have read only today. Yes, if you shoot hiking, landscapes and such then CA will show up sooner or later with G5 with trees against the sky. I also encounter it from time to time and the only remedy is to not overexpose the sky, but this leaves shadows too dark sometimes. Sometimes I underexpose a bit and then bring it back to normal exposure in PS. But, G5 is an average in this respect, Sony 828 is much, much worse and other cams suffer too. Even DSLRs like 300D are not free. To feel better about G5 have a look at example which I digged among Phil galleries and which show that G5 can be sometimes even better in this respect than 300D, see message
http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1010&message=7494410

and here is another example from 300D forum:

Answering your question, I worked in Austria near Vienna for 5 years in international research institute and came to love Austria during that time, visited Austria a few times afterwards too.

I enjoyed Lany portraits and your winter shots

Enjoy your G5, it is a nice camera

Many thanks for appreciation! I had a look at your galleries and you have some great images there, especially winter shots. And Lany is a fantastic lady with unforgettable smile ... I have spent a few years in your land and I loved every minute of it, some of your images reminded me of this.

Enjoy your G5, this is a very capable camera

Cheers
