Getting anything usable out of photographing baseball is a commendable achievement. This is action caught at just the right instant: All five main characters add to the story and it's a good story. Technically it needs a lot of work: The fencing is obtrusive; the ball needs to be in the picture completely; the catcher's feet need to be in the picture, the yellow line running through two heads is puzzling; the horizon isn't level. The drama would have been increased even more if the photo were taken from a lower viewpoint.
