That's good vision. The stairs lead me somewhere, and it's somewhere light, so the image is both mysterious and optimistic. The colors are good, though the transition from artificial light in the foreground to daylight in the middle may bother some people. I'm disturbed by the stairs in the foreground being out of focus. Also, the railing makes me want to look at the railing, rather than want to look at what I want to look at. Perhaps, here, changing your viewpoint, using a smaller f-stop, and using a shorter focal length would be worth considering.
