That's a marveous "catch". It must have taken patience and technology. Certainly the parallelism between the living shapes and colors with those of the deceased tree are enticing. Still, the bright colors of the beak and neck draw attention to exactly where it should be. Also, those webbed feet clutching the branch say something about the wonders of biology, or perhaps need. In all, it's a very good nature shot. I'm concerned about focus. I don't like the contrast of the point in the branch with the point of the neck. Also, have you sharpened this too much in Photoshop? It seems somehow unreal.
