The actual construction plans, with some annotations, since the descriptions on the plans are pretty unreadable at this size. Again, just a photograph from the plans, so.. bear with the quality, I thought it was worth putting up so people can see.

Colour code :
* The reddish-pink wall extension from the green room is a change we're considering - it is actually easier for us and we think the slight sacrifice of lobby space for a larger green room/storage area is worth while. We need to discuss this with the architect. The green room/storage room would be the entire length of the building, then - the dividing wall would not be there. Given that the stairs down to StageOne take up a surprising amount of room, more space is better
* The blue box near the pink wall is where a ticket counter may be some day, assuming the green room does get built the way we are proposing. Should work well - people come in, there's the ticket seller.
* The orange line in the back stage one wall is a fire door that actually exists now, but wasn't on the plans for some reason. This is the crappy door that is there now that we can't even open, but it'll be replaced by a steel door with a push bar in the next few weeks (as soon as John our contractor finds us one)
* The dotted light blue lines are the lines of a corridor that we're trying to get rid of. We want this space for the lobby and since the bathrooms have proper stalls, etc, we don't see why we need it. Another question for the architect.
* The green lines are just to show some scale - each wall in the new and old building is about 35 feet long - we don't have that much space to work with
