The late afternoon sun gives this molting adult, western Willet a warm tone. Note sharply marked coverts. The leg color on Willet is given as gray with possible blue or green tinge, in most accounts but as you can see they can be very yellowish. Kenny Nichols found one at Bald Knob NWR with bright yellow legs some time ago and I was able to get photos which I've posted in another album.
