When Mike Todd and I arrived this afternoon, Gail King and Keith Kunkel had the bird teed up for us in a Cedar Tree. We had good views for a few minutes and the bird disappeared into the brushy ravine. The bird is an adult retaining much of its breeding plumage especially the head markings and color. It has been seen for a few weeks but due to going to work before light and getting home at dark the ID was held until good photos could be taken by Keith.
