I waited till 1 PM but wanted to check some other areas so I left without seeing number 4. I've seen these birds hatch their normal 4 egg clutch in a matter of just an hour and then I've seen them hatch over a period of two days. Anyway the parents were exemplary in performing their duties and I was privileged to watch.
