As I said before all the Ruffs (male)at Ensley Bottoms in Memphis have been seen in fall migration only, while the Reeves (female,)like the one above, are seen in the Spring. This is the first documented female for TN, found with Steve McConnell late one Sunday afternoon. The numbers of males and females that have been seen are about equal. A Reeve in 2002 showed up in early July and stayed 2 weeks. She did not know if she was coming or going.......
