For the last 5 years Garfield County Court House Lawn has been home to Halloween Scare on the Square. The Primary organizers for this event has been Tammy Wilson and the cast of The Mysterious Lab of Dr.Fear; Dr. Fear, Mr.Grimly, Count Vino. The Mysterious Lab of Dr.Fear host old horror movies with break in clips my the cast and is shown on Enid's public access television station PEGASYS.
