Is it "Alph" (the alien), driving a "high-tech speed-boat"?
Very interesting picture - there's a lot to it; caught my eyes immediately, as if "jumped out" of the screen.
I like very much the would-be outlines of a human figure with a hat, on the far left - at least so it seems to me!
