In this gallery you can see some HDR results from the Mediachance's Dynamic Photo HDR. The results are very similar to Photomatix output, but Dynamic Photo has much nicer UI (as some users says) ;) http://www.mediachance.com/hdri/index.html
All images were made from -1EV and +1EV shots, slightly tonemapped and in case of BW shots used built-in B&W filters. Dynamic Photo HDR can be used also for optimizing single images. See the butterfly image. It was just single photo but I believe, the Dynamic Photo did a good job here too?
