I revisited the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum in Philadelphia on March 10, 2010, to view and photograph its "Best of Britain" exhibit. My timing couldn't have been better. I had the good fortune of showing up and being invited to observe while two of the museum's racing cars were being prepared for shipment to the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance in Florida. The one featured in this gallery is the 1970 Porsche 917LH that finished second overall in the 1970 Le Mans 24-hour race. For more information, visit http://www.simeonefoundation.org .
