Our driving tour to Pennsylvania on Aug. 12 took us back to Wyndridge Farm in Dallastown, a few miles north of the Maryland line. All of us who took part in last year’s “Mason-Dixon Line Tour” had enjoyed our lunch in that lovely restaurant and brewery. Subsequently, a good number of us have returned there several times to dine and enjoy many happy hours.

This year our Pennsylvania lunch destination was the same, but I gave this one-hour drive a new name because it featured a totally different route – a much better one. Some of the roads were familiar to those who had taken part in our previous tours, but the combination of scenic back roads was new. And it was thoroughly delightful.

This 48-mile tour from Reisterstown, MD, to Dallastown, PA, was held on a Sunday rather the usual Saturday. A total of 56 PCA members and 2 guests took part in this event in 30 Porsches. Four of those members and two of those cars drove directly to Wyndridge.
